1981
Brad Corbett, Sr., forms S&B Technical Products and Hultec.
1992
The company expands into Europe.
1995
Acquired Maloney Technical Products and Santech Industries, strategic rubber products manufacturers.
1998
Acquired United Rubber to expand into the Asia-Pacific region.
Opened a location in Brazil and expanded into Costa Rica with a new location and state-of-the-art R&D facility.
1999
Invested large rubber extruder and wire-forming equipment to gain an advantage in service and pricing.
2005
Formed the JV Botec in Germany.
2007
Formed the JV Thai Duong in Vietnam.
2020-2021
Won LC business with the market leader in corrugated polyolefins’ pipe.
