Maloney® Casing Insulators

Maloney® casing insulators are engineered for strength, durability, and ease of installation in demanding pipeline applications. Manufactured from virgin high-density polyethylene by precision injection molding, they provide reliable non-metallic support and long-term performance. Model 60 is designed for steel pipe applications with sizes 2″ to 48″. Model 90 is specifically designed for belled PVC and cast iron pipe with integrated threaded inserts and rubberized liner for simplified installation. Low friction coefficient and high abrasion resistance allow carrier pipe to be easily pulled through casing.
